Coach Stacy is also a certified Yoga and Tai Chi instructor who has also competed in IBJJF, the most renowned tournament for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She uses this experience to use the most functional stretches and movements for BJJ or anyone wanting to expand their flexibility and range of motion.
This class may be relaxing and easy to follow, but don't let it fool you. It is a great workout in itself! If you want a great workout without heavy exertion this is great choice!
